Search http://Auction.com and Hubzu.com separately for their listings. Zillow does an amazing presentation of the data that’s out there, and it’s dead on accurate for the listings they pull from the MLS, but the public notices for trustee auctions are notoriously inconsistent and as a result most of the data that’s published by aggregators (like Zillow) is just crappy.
There’s a home listed as pre-foreclosure on Zillow that was bought (at the trustee auction at the county courthouse), remodeled, and sold last year. It was foreclosed in early 2017 and is now worth about 3x what Zillow shows as the estimated value. It’s just bad data.
