As of today (April 25, 2017), research for this Spanish Fort market update shows 182 total homes listed for sale. Of those, 117 are pending sale, so there are 65 active listings currently in Spanish Fort. Since January 1st, 117 residential home sales have closed, so there has been an average of 30 homes sold each month year to date.

Since most closings take place during the last week of the month, I expect that April will be a
blockbuster month for closings. Additionally, we are seeing the number of days on market going down, so homes are selling more quickly.
