Welcome to the beautiful City of Daphne and the 30th Annual Jubilee Festival of Arts presented by Wind Creek. The festival celebrates the fine arts culture of our area and one of the few places in the world to experience the natural phenomenon of a jubilee.  A jubilee occurs when oxygen levels in the water are diminished causing fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood to come to the surface in abundance. 

We are excited to bring new ideas to our Jubilee Festival.  You’ll experience art in many forms: culinary art, fine art, kid’s art, performance art and an eclectic mix of talent we call "Southern Makers.” 

This is the second year that we welcome amateur and professional chefs seeking to qualify for the World Food Championships!  We are excited to host an automatic qualifier in the Sandwich Competition and Preferred Chef Challenge.
